• How long will it take for our products to arrive after we place an order?
  Once we confirm payment we will prepare a container (or containers). The shipment usually leaves Tokyo or Yokohama port in 7 to 14 days. The arrival time varies by country, so please contact us to learn a precise ETA for your location.

• How are payments handled?
  We request cash transfers or payment by Visa. As soon as we confirm receipt of payment we ship out the forklifts you ordered.

• Does Yashima Shoukai accept big orders?
  Yes, we do. Yashima Shoukai always keeps more than 1,000 forklifts in stock. You are welcome to send us inquiries on the quantities and specifications you require.
